Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Nopalera products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients like beeswax or carmine.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our personal care products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to reach our community worldwide in the near future.
