Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your Nopalera products in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the items are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
